1. Add heatmap function
Heat mapping provides statistical information about traffic flow and keeps counts for passing through and loitering in the area.
Support the following angle mode.
- Normal angle mode
- Perpendicular angle mode
Heat Map settings
Select whether to enable or disable the Heat Map Function.
Display a confirmation screen
When you press the “Execute” button, the “Confirmation screen” will be displayed.
Type of heat map
Select "Passing Map" or "Loitering Map".
- Passing Map : More passing through in an area, the more red it will appear.
- Loitering Map : The longer the time spent in an area, the more red it will appear.
Upper limit
Display the area where a value exceeding the value set was counted in red.
Supported by i-PRO Active Guard server for VMS (V2.00 or later).
2. Support linking with "Genetec RSA (Restricted Security Area)"
Support sending the “Latitude” and “Longitude” of the detection target.
As a result, it is now possible to link with "Genetec RSA (Restricted Security Area)".
Latitude/longitude sending settings
Select whether to enable or disable ”Latitude/longitude sending settings”.
Camera location
Set the "Latitude", "Longitude" and "Azimuth" of the location where the camera will be installed.
Camera height
Set the height at which the camera is installed.
Marker setting
Markers must be drawn in at least 2 locations.
You can draw up to 4 locations.
Enter the "Photographic subject size" of the drawn marker.
Please draw the marker in two separate locations in the drawing area, one in front and one in the back.
If the 2 markers are close to each other, the speed may not be measured accurately.

A plugin for Genetec that supports "Genetec RSA" is scheduled to be released in December 2024.
3. Support for best shot settings on browser screen
Best shot settings are also supported on the browser screen.
Best shot confirmation
You can check the size, detection score, and attribute information of the best shot image.

Configure settings related to Best shot, such as the following.

4. Support for "Watchlist alarm"
Up to 4 Watchlists can be created. For each Watchlist, perform “Attribute setting” and “Alarm setting”.
Attribute setting
Select the attribute information that will be used as the notification condition for the watchlist alarm.
Alarm notification
Set whether to notify alarm of the selected watchlist.
Alarm message
Set the message to be notified by the watchlist alarm up to 64 characters. This setting support the interface of TCP alarm notification.
Color image only
Set whether the watchlist alarm is notified only when the input video is color.
Alarm threshold
Set the alarm threshold for watchlist alarm. A setting of “Low” will also notify alarms for low attribute certainty, but may result in more false alarms.

Display the maximum/minimum detection score for objects (Human/Vehicle/Bicycle) while the measurement is running.
When there are different people or vehicles detected, consolidated score will be shown.

5. Add alarm condition setting
Add “Judgement of movement distance” setting to AI-VMD alarm condition settings.
This menu will allow you to set the alarm threshold for moving objects.
Setting value | Details |

Off | The alarm will be triggered even when the movement of the object is tiny. It can be used in scenes where the object moves from the back to the front and the camera tilt angle is shallow. Use this when detection is not possible even when "Low" is set. |
Low | The alarm will be triggered even when the movement of the object is small. It can be used in scenes where the object moves from the back to the front and the camera tilt angle is shallow. |
Middle | Default |
High | The alarm will be triggered only when a significant movement of an object is detected, which may be helpful when you want to reduce the number of false positive alarms caused by small movements. |

3. Change identification sensitivity to identification threshold
Changed from "sensitivity" to "threshold" to allow for more intuitive adjustment by checking the detection score displayed on the demo screen.
*An alarm will occur when the "detection score" exceeds the "threshold".
*Example: If you want to suppress false negative alarms, adjust the "threshold" to a value lower than the "detection score" of the target object displayed on the demo screen.
For “AI-VMD / AI People Counting for 360-degree fisheye”, it is possible to adjust the threshold values for head and whole body identification separately.
*Example: If you want to suppress false positive alarms for objects that are falsely detected as human heads, adjust the "Human identification threshold (head)" to a value higher than the “detection score”.
4. Add AI-VMD demo screen
Demo screen allows to check AI-VMD detection status and detection scores.
5. Add application operation status display for AI People Detection
Support checking the operation status of AI People Detection on the "Software mng." screen of the browser.
