• Corrected an issue where this software displayed camera information such as camera title on the live monitor even when it is set to "Hide". 🇨
  Occurrence condition:
  - [Alarm camera direct live window] is set to ON
  - The live image has been switched to the image with alarm occurrence, and then switched back to the previous live image.

• Corrected an issue where the images on a multi-screen display became black. 🇧
  Occurrence conditions: Change the camera setting in the following steps.
  1. Set [Live image source] from Recorder to Camera
  2. Set [Stream type] to AUTO, [Compression] to H.265 or H.264, and save the changes.
  3. Change [Compression] to M-JPEG and save the changes.

  If the operation monitor is connected to the built-in video card, the image may not be displayed correctly depending on the type of video card. In this case, update the driver of the built-in video card to the latest version.
  If the problem persists, connect the display for the operation monitor to an external video card.

Resolved Issues

• Corrected the message that may appear in case of WV-ASM300 double startup using the Windows startup function and desktop shortcut at a PC startup, from "It is impossible to start the operation software unless the setup software is closed." to "ASM300 has already started." 🇨

  Occurrence condition:
  Save the setting change on the [System]-> [Basic setup] when [Quick download Download time] is blank

  Note: [Quick download Download time] becomes blank after loading a setup file converted from WV-ASM200 on the WV-ASM300 version 1.00, 1.01, 1.02 or 1.03

• WV-ASM300 restarts and performs auto login without displaying login window at auto logout. 🇨
  Occurrence condition:
  When [Auto logout] is set to 1min / 5min / 10min / 15min / 30min / 60min (other than OFF) and one of the following cases occurs.

  Case1 - The search window does not finish searching by the auto logout time set in [Auto logout]

  Case2 - Auto logout occurs while operating cameras using WV-CU980 or CU950
