Share FAQ among internal members

Question

I would like to share contents of FAQ with the internal team members.


Answer

You can create an organization and tag multiple users.

 

You can check the applicable organization name you are tagged to as you click user icon at the top-right.

There are 2 ways to add organizations or to tag members to the existing organization.

When you are creating a new account.

Input the company name you want to tag the account to as you create a new account. The account will be automatically tagged to the company you specified.

An organization will be newly added at the first time when you create an account with that organization name.

The company name must be precise (including spaces) and spelled correctly.

Another organization will be added if the name of the company was spelled incorrectly.

Tag a person to an existing organization

Please contact us from here if you want to tag your team member who already has an account to an organization or to change organization to tag to.

Please provide us with the following information.

  • Organization you want the account to be tagged.

  • Name of organization if you are making one.

  • E-mail address of the users you want to tag to the organization.

i-PRO customer service team will process the addition of an organization as well as tagging of members.

Delete an account

Please contact us from here if you want to delete an existing user account in such case like project member change.

Note the followings when you delete an account.

  • The user account is no longer can be used to log in to the web portal.

  • The existing tickets are tagged to the respective organization. Therefore, the remaining team member has access to them.
    ”Reporter” will be displayed as “Former user (deactivated)”.
