Resolved Issues

  • Corrected an issue where the extension software in each camera of a multi-directional camera could not be registered on this software. 🇧
    Occurrence condition: Register a multi-directional camera registered on a 3rd party VMS*, on the i-PRO Active Guard configuration window.
    *VMS registered as ”Other VMS” on the i-PRO Active Guard configuration window

  • Corrected an issue where 3rd party applications could not be registered on this software. 🇧
    Occurrence condition: Register a camera with two or more 3rd party applications installed, on the i-PRO Active Guard configuration window.

  • Corrected an issue where the dashboard displayed an empty occupancy chart. 🇧
    Occurrence condition: A camera with AI Occupancy Detection installed is selected for [Cameras] in the condition selection display.

  • Corrected an issue where the number of people counting on dashboard temporarily reduced on rare occasion. 🇨
    Occurrence condition:"Data type" is selected in [People counting]-> [Statistics]
    *This is not a data loss. The number will be corrected in 15 seconds.

  • Corrected an issue where the dashboard did not display lines configured on a camera, on a line count chart. 🇧
