Problem Description:
The IP Server has been updated and now VI Monitor Plus must be updated as well.
Solution Description:
To update a workstation with VI Monitor Plus installed, there are 2 methods.
Automatic Upgrade
When VI Monitor Plus connects to an IP Server with a newer version, an “Upgrade Software” prompt will appear.
Click “Upgrade” to begin the installation and upgrade of VI Monitor Plus.
Manual Upgrade
If by chance the Automatic Upgrade fails, or a manual installation of the software must be executed by an Admin level user, then download the install file from the following site:
After logging in, select the VI version required and download the Client Installer.
VI Monitor Plus can now be manually installed.
