• Changed the frame rate restriction when the extension software AI People Detection is installed on the camera as below.
  Previous versions : Restrict the maximum frame rate from 30fps to 15 fps when AI People Detection is installed on the camera.
  This version or later : Restrict the maximum frame rate from 30fps to 15fps after the communication starts with i-PRO Active Guard or i-PRO Configuration Tool.
  Note: The extension software AI People Detection needs to be updated to version 1.30 or later

Resolved Issues

• The occupancy detection area information is not included in the HTTP alarm notification from the camera.

• The frame rate and bit rate may not recover once they drop due to the environmental cause.

• Changed the color of AI-VMD detection frame at alarm occurrence from blue to red, for the ONVIF connection with Milestone.

• Improved to display the image transmission log on the [Status] tab in the [Maintenance] page.
  Clicking the "Confirm" button of [Image transmission log] displays logs on a separate window

• Supports the notification of AI-VMD detection area ID as follows:
  - Added the [AI-VMD alarm area information] on/off setting to the [TCP alarm notification] window on the [Notification] tab.
  - Improved the response to the CGI command "/cgi-bin/get_io2" by adding the detection area ID

• Added the note "Use the latest edition of the software product." to the [Upgrade] tab in the [Maintenance] page and [Software mng.] tab in the [Ext. software] page.

• Supports new Graphical User Interface (GUI) for the camera window.

• Improved the human detection performance for extension software.
  Note: Extension software needs to be updated to the version released in July, 2022 or later.

Resolved Issues

• AI Privacy Guard (WV-XAE201W) remains enabled even after [Privacy Guard target] is set to 'Off'.
  Occurrence condition: When [Target stream] is set to "Stream (1)", "Stream (2)", "Stream (3)", "Stream (4)" or "Stream (2) & Stream (4)".
  Occurrence frequency: High

• The 3rd party application on the camera may restart.

• Unable to perform JPEG image transmission.
  Occurrence condition: When transmitting AI-VMD (WV-XAE200) additional information with the video data.
