    Occurrence condition: Use digital zoom in to set the angle of view.

  • Corrected an issue where the [Save trigger] setting of SD memory recording might unexpectedly changed after firmware update.

  • Corrected an issue where the port of [Destination of Trap] was always the default value (162) in the actual operation, even when any other port number is set on the SNMP trap setting.

  • Corrected an issue where MQTT notification worked only when [AI analytics target] is set to "Other" for audio detection.

  • The angle of view returns to the default center position.
    Occurrence condition:
    When satisfying both of the following conditions:

    - The camera was restarted after adjusting the angle of view using the Extra optical zoom

  • SFTP transmission fails depending on the SFTP server to be connected.

  • The live image may not appear, as the maximum number of users concurrently accessible to the camera decreases.
    Occurrence condition:
    When satisfying all of the following conditions:

    Previous versions : Restrict the maximum frame rate from 30fps to 15 fps when AI People Detection is installed on the camera.
    This version or later : Restrict the maximum frame rate from 30fps to 15fps after the communication starts with i-PRO Active Guard or i-PRO Configuration Tool.
    Note : The extension software AI People Detection needs to be updated to version 1.30 or later

Resolved Issues

  • The occupancy detection area information is not included in the HTTP alarm notification from the camera.

  • The frame rate and bit rate may not recover once they drop due to the environmental cause.
