Answer
Check if the MAC Address (Physical address) of the driver used by the VPN is empty, and if it is empty, register the appropriate MAC Address.
To check the MAC Address, execute "ipconfig /all" at the command prompt to obtain the network information list.
If the MAC Address of the VPN driver is empty, the MAC Address will not be recognized by Windows OS. ASM300 checks this value when invoke, so if it is empty, an error will occur and it will not start.
Even if you don't use a VPN driver and use Windows settings, VPN driver may be installed.
