Resolved Issues

  • Corrected an issue where PTZ camera could not be accessed by a PC in a different network, even when [Default gateway] is set on the [Network] page and multi-directional part can be accessed. 🇨
    Occurrence condition:
    Set “Static” in [Network Settings] for PTZ camera and restart the camera.

  • Corrected an issue where a short-term communication error could occur on a connected recorder. 🇨
    Occurrence condition:
    - PTZ camera part
    - [SD backup rec.] is enabled on the recorder connected to the camera.
