If you check the Metadata stream Receiver of the Resource Monitor, you can confirm see that the log is output using ResourceMonitor.

Metadata stream is issued every 10 seconds by default. You can check it by setting as follows.
RTSP-URI : rtsp://<CameraIP>/Src/MediaInput/stream_1?event=1
ID : Camera login ID
