You can create an organization and tag multiple users.

Input the company name you want to tag the account to as you create a new account. The account will be automatically tagged to the company you enteredspecified.
An organization will be newly created when the account was created added at the first time when you create an account with that organization name for the first time.
The company name must be precise (including spaces) and spelled correctly.

Please provide us with the following information.
Which organization Organization you want the account to be tagged.
Name of organization if you are making one.
E-mail address of the users you want to tag to the organization.
i-PRO customer service team will process the addition of an organization as well as tagging of members.
Delete an account
Please contact us from here if you want to delete an existing user account in such case like project member change.
Note the followings when you delete an account.
The user account is no longer can be used to log in to the web portal.
The existing tickets are tagged to the respective organization. Therefore, the remaining team member has access to them.
”Reporter” will be displayed as “Former user (deactivated)”.
